Cartotech Engineering is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM deliverables across Architecture, Structural, and MEP disciplines on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate federated BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
  • Facilitate weekly clash detection meetings and produce clash reports for resolution
  • Maintain Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure all teams follow the BIM Execution Plan
  • Produce and review LOD 300???400 models as per project specifications
  • Liaise between design teams, contractors, and clients for BIM-related queries
  • Prepare model review reports, data exchange logs, and handover documentation

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Understanding of ISO 19650 information management standards
  • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously

We are seeking a motivated Transportation & Infrastructure Planner to support the planning, design, and feasibility studies for large-scale highway, expressway, and urban mobility projects across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct traffic impact assessments (TIA) and feasibility studies for road and transit projects
  • Prepare detailed project reports (DPR), alignment studies, and urban traffic management plans
  • Coordinate with NHAI, NHIDCL, state PWDs, and municipal authorities for project approvals
  • Develop sustainable transportation solutions integrating pedestrian, NMT, and public transit
  • Use GIS tools (ArcGIS / QGIS) and traffic simulation software (VISSIM, PARAMICS) for analysis
  • Prepare tender documents, BOQ, and cost estimates for infrastructure projects

Required Skills:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Transportation Engineering
  • Proficiency in GIS-based planning tools and traffic modelling software
  • Working knowledge of MORTH guidelines, NHAI standards, and IRC specifications
  • Strong report writing, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
